Our team can handle mold design, prototype-making,Mold-flow analysis, injection mold and die-casting mold manufacture, plastic part and die-casting parts molding.

Quality team: we have high precision measurement tools and advanced video devices to check all parts and processes from incoming material till outgoing final inspection, to ensure only qualified products will be sent out to our customers.

A: Yes, We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Our regular material has NAK80, S136, LKM, DAIDO, HASCO, DME

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.

Q. What's your mold tolerance?

A. 0.005-0.02mm according to different product requirements.

Q. What I should offer to you if I need a quote?

A. 2D product drawing & 3D File, or send us real plastic sample.
